Lotus Garage Door Mural
A custom-painted lotus mural created for a residential garage door. Designed to work with the architecture of the home, the composition features a large blooming lotus flower surrounded by lily pads, floating petals, and lush green leaves. The lotus was selected as a meaningful cultural symbol for the client, adding a personal layer to the design while complementing the home's aesthetic. The dark background allows the soft pink and white petals to stand out, turning a functional surface into an elegant botanical statement piece.
“I hired Elanor to paint a mural on my garage door. I had always wanted a lotus painted there, so I sent her a few ideas and she was incredibly quick to come back with some designs for me to choose from. We narrowed it down pretty quickly, and she got started almost immediately.
She worked 4–6 hours a day for 3–4 days and was so hardworking throughout. She was constantly asking for my feedback, even though she really didn’t need much of it. She was proactive, responsible, and so, so open to incorporating new ideas along the way.
Talent is one thing, and obviously a very important one. But combining that talent with being such a wonderful human being and such a great person to work with is honestly a dream come true.
I absolutely love how the mural turned out and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!”
