Public art has the power to create moments of surprise and connection in everyday life. For this community utility box installation, I reimagined a functional urban structure as a stained-glass-inspired work featuring flowers, stars, moons, and decorative architectural forms. By bringing color and visual storytelling to an unexpected surface, the project contributes to a more vibrant, welcoming, and art-filled public space.
